This Return, Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions under which Kivoo Fashion accepts product returns, issues refunds, and processes order cancellations and exchanges. By placing an order with Kivoo Fashion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this Policy.
Return Policy
- Products are eligible for return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and invoices intact.
- Return requests must be submitted via email to contact@kivoofashion.com or through your registered account on our website.
- Returns will not be accepted for items categorized as innerwear, accessories, or products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Kivoo Fashion reserves the right to reject any return request that does not comply with the aforementioned conditions.
- All return shipping arrangements and instructions will be communicated upon approval of your return request.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges may be permitted for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested product or variant is unavailable, the customer may opt for store credit or a refund as per the policy.
- Exchange requests are subject to the same inspection and approval criteria applicable to returns.
Refund Policy
- Refunds shall be initiated only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team.
- Upon approval, the refund shall be processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days to the original mode of payment.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit at the discretion of Kivoo Fashion.
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and return shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment dispatch by contacting our customer service team at contact@kivoofashion.com
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, the customer may initiate a return after delivery in accordance of this Policy.
- Kivoo Fashion reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery Timelines
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order placement, depending on the customer’s delivery location and logistics availability.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to courier delays, public holidays, or regional restrictions.
